The All Inclusive Approach to Event Planning & Design
This includes unlimited emails to your assigned wedding planner upon booking .
This package includes one wedding planner on site for up to 12 hours and full access to the design team.
This includes a one hour rehearsal directed by your wedding planner.
This includes a complete wedding day Itinerary and Floor plan.
This includes complete wedding day management by your wedding planner to work directly
with all your vendors upon arrival to your venue.
What is all inclusive event planning?
To put it simply, we handle all event planning details.
The rentals (our personal arsenal) See our store for more details, Event Planning & Florals.
You make one payment and get 3 of your vendors knocked out. This means BIG SAVINGS and LESS HEADACHE.
You do not have to use us for floral, this is simply something we offer if you choose.
Wedding Planning & Design
Below you will see an outline of how we schedule our meetings.
(Based after initial consultation and contract signed).
Meeting one: Get started We meet in our studio, gather all your vendor contracts you may have already booked and review these. If we are not familiar with the venue, we will schedule a time to do a walk thru with you to fully understand your vision. We will touch base on budget, if you do not have one yet it's time to have that discussion and get one established.
Meeting two: (Vendors) If you do not have vendors booked, now is when we will tackle this. That means getting quotes and looking into booking the appropriate vendors. If you happen to have the majority of your vendors booked great. We will finalize as many details as we can with them and can move on to Meeting three.
Meeting three: Floor Plan Creation and Timeline This is when the fun begins. We have software that we will use to create the most amazing floor plan totally customized to your venue and your wedding. Guest List assistance also begins around this time and wedding website creation.
Meeting four: The Design and Event Rentals The most fun meeting of them all! This is where you get to start designing and choosing the items you want to have at your wedding.
We have done all the logistics and got the necessary details worked out.
So, let's get this Party started!
Meeting Five: The Final Countdown We have our final in person meeting to go over any last minute details. We will confirm the guest count at this time, and update all necessary information to vendors involved. We will check off any remaining to do's off our list. Our team will send out the floor plan and timelines to all vendors involved.
The timing of these meetings will depend on you and how far in advance you book our team. Ideally, we want at least a year to give you the most stress free experience. We can and we will work with almost any time frame you give us. We have planned and designed a wedding in two weeks, we got this!~
This package begins @ $4,500 . This package does include complete event planning & Design.
You will receive a $2,000 credit towards your event rentals (Through SB Event Rentals).
This can also be used towards any decor and in house floral and greenery we have in stock.
Includes delivery (within 20 miles of Rogers) setup & Breakdown of all event rentals included.
The final determination of the package will be based on:
Guest count, Venue, overall design
and team involvement.
Payment Schedule:
Initial Retainer $2,000 upon signing contract
$1,500 due 6 months out
Final balance due no later than 30 days prior to event
